Both guarantees are measured against your own data, on reports your finance team can reproduce.
These terms are published for practices already in discussion with us. The guarantee is being validated on the first Audits, so it is offered case by case rather than advertised.
Build guarantee
If tracked value has not exceeded the build fee within 12 months of go-live, we continue working at no charge until it does. If it becomes clear the target cannot be reached, we refund the difference.
This applies when the practice names an internal owner, partners review flagged items weekly, and value is counted once a partner approves an item as billable.
How value is counted
Every item a system flags is logged. It counts towards tracked value only when a partner approves it as billable, and the figure reported each month is drawn from your own records rather than from ours.
