Privacy notice
How Fusion AI Consulting Ltd uses the personal information you give us through this website. We collect very little: only what you send us when you get in touch or book a call.
Who we are
Fusion AI Consulting Ltd is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16771023, and our registered office is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
For anything to do with your information, email jack@fusionaiconsulting.co.uk.
What we collect
- If you use the contact form: your name, email address, firm name and whatever you write in your message.
- If you book a call: your name, email address and anything you add to the booking.
- If you email us: your email address and whatever you include.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider records technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use analytics or advertising tools, we do not track you across other websites, and we never sell personal information.
You do not have to give us any information, but we cannot reply to you without a way to contact you.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and hold any call you book, and to continue the conversation if we go on to work together. We will not add you to a mailing list.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: when you contact us about your business, it is in both our interests that we can reply. If you are contracting with us in your own name, for example as a sole trader, we rely instead on taking the steps you have asked for before entering into a contract. We keep website logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
You can object to our use of your information at any time by emailing us. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Service providers that handle it for us
We do not sell, rent or pass your information to anyone. It does, however, pass through or sit on the systems of the few service providers we use to run the website and our email. They handle it on our behalf, under contract, and may use it only to provide their service to us.
| Provider | What it does for us | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosts this website | United States |
| Formspree, Inc. | Delivers contact form messages to our inbox | United States |
| Calendly LLC | Runs the booking calendar | United States |
| Google LLC | Provides our email (Google Workspace) | United States and elsewhere |
Nobody else receives your information unless the law requires us to disclose it.
Transfers outside the UK
These providers process information in the United States. Vercel, Calendly and Google are certified under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the UK government recognises as providing adequate protection. Formspree states that it relies on standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry or booking does not lead to work together, we delete it within two years. If you become a client, we keep our correspondence for six years after the engagement ends, in case it is needed for a legal claim. Copies held by our service providers are deleted on the same timetable.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which uses its own cookies once the calendar loads and shows its own cookie notice, where you can choose which to accept. Calendly explains its use of cookies in its privacy notice. If you would rather not use the calendar, email us to arrange a call instead.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or provide it in a format you can take elsewhere. You can also object to our use of it.
To use any of these rights, email us. There is no charge, and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first at jack@fusionaiconsulting.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and reply as quickly as we can.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commission (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if the way we use personal information changes. It was last updated on 14 October 2026.
